Refund policy

You made a decision. We respect that. Here is ours.

All sales are final on stickers and button pins. By nature these are small format print products. Once they leave our hands they cannot be restocked or resold.

That said we are not unreasonable.

If your order arrived damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will replace it. No argument, no lengthy process. Just send the photo and your order number to our contact page and we will handle it.

If your order never arrived: Contact us within 21 days of your ship date. We will investigate and either replace or refund depending on what we find.

If you ordered the wrong thing: That is on you. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer error. Read the product descriptions before you check out.

Bulk orders: If you placed a bulk order and there is a problem with more than one item contact us directly. We will work it out.

We stand behind what we make. We do not stand behind circumstances outside of our control including carrier delays, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or customs holds on international orders.
