We ship. Here is how it works.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. That email will include your tracking number. Use it.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free shipping on all orders over $35. No code needed. It applies automatically.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after shipping. These are estimates. Not guarantees.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or anything outside our control once your order leaves our hands.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination. International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are your responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, check with neighbors and your building before contacting us. Carriers mark orders delivered before they are sometimes.
If your order is genuinely lost contact us within 21 days of the ship date at zeroappealco@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and resolve it.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided we will contact you. Reshipping costs are your responsibility.
We cannot redirect orders once they have shipped.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged contact us within 7 days of delivery at zeroappealco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will replace it.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed we begin processing it quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel contact us immediately at zeroappealco@gmail.com. We will do our best but cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is accepted.
